The need for support doesn’t end with the birth.
At Season Health, we are dedicated to supporting new families as they navigate the transformative journey of life after birth. The postpartum period brings many changes, some expected and others unexpectedly challenging. While we work towards offering comprehensive postpartum services, we welcome your input to better understand your unique needs during this critical and precious time.
Services
We are beginning with a selection of essential services to support families during this critical transition. As *The Fourth Trimester* at Season Health continues to grow, we look forward to expanding our offerings to provide even more comprehensive care. Most services will be provided by Stacey Eason, CNM, and Amanda Haworth, CNM, who are also trained PMHNPs. Together, they bring over three decades of experience as OB nurses and extensive expertise in supporting breastfeeding individuals. As demand grows, we plan to welcome an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to our team to further enhance our breastfeeding support services.

Perinatal Mental Health
Postpartum depression can begin during pregnancy, and postpartum anxiety is even more common. It’s important to know that there are safe and effective ways to address mental health concerns without needing to stop all medications. At Season Health, we’re here to help you navigate pregnancy and the postpartum period, supporting your mental well-being while safeguarding your baby’s health. We offer comprehensive mental health screenings for those experiencing mood or anxiety concerns and can connect you with the appropriate providers if further support is needed.

Lactation Support
Feeding a newborn can bring unexpected challenges, from difficult births and NICU stays to supply concerns and structural issues with the baby’s mouth or the feeding parent’s anatomy. At Season Health, Amanda and Stacey are trained in lactation support and are dedicated to helping you navigate these difficulties. With compassionate, personalized care, we aim to assist you in reaching your infant feeding goals, whatever they may be, in a way that honors and supports your unique journey.

Health Check-ups
The postpartum and newborn period can bring a variety of health concerns for both the baby and the birthing parent. For newborns, we can assess weight gain if there are concerns about insufficient growth or excessive weight loss, and we offer lab testing for bilirubin levels if jaundice is suspected. For new parents, common issues like elevated blood pressure, symptoms of postpartum preeclampsia, or concerns about breast infections such as mastitis can arise.
At Season Health, we understand that getting timely appointments with your OB or newborn provider can sometimes be challenging. While we always encourage follow-up with your primary care team, we’re here to provide accessible support and care for you and your baby during this critical time. Our goal is to help you navigate these early weeks with confidence and peace of mind.
