About Us
Season Health was started by Stacey Eason APRN and Patrick Chavez. Stacey wanted to bring something different to the Wichita area. She dreams big and has big plans for Season Health.
Stacey’s goals are two-sided. For patient care, her goal is to provide safe and inclusive care, acknowledging the harm that marginalized people often experience.
She also is a strong believer in lifting other practitioners and business owners up; specifically women and people of color. She does not believe in a “competition” mindset. Mental health is the current epidemic. There are plenty of people in need of services. Stacey believes in the beauty of many practitioners who can provide a variety of practice styles & specializations, collaborating to give people options for the care they need.
Stacey could not be chasing this dream alone. Patrick has been by her side, supporting her with his previous experience in business ownership. Together, they are reaching for the sky to bring a new way of doing things to Wichita.

We currently provide nurse practitioner services. We are providing psych/mental health care, primary care, and gynecological care.
Stacey Eason APRN, CNM, PMHNP-BC
she/her
Stacey provides both psychiatric/mental health care and gynecological care. She is a nurse with over 25 years of experience and completed her master’s in nursing with a specialty in midwifery in 2019. Recognizing a need for more comprehensive perinatal mental health care, she earned her certificate in psychiatric/mental health in January 2022.
Her areas of special interest include trauma, perinatal mental health, and adult autism.
Amanda Haworth APRN, CNM, PMHNP-BC
she/her
Amanda provides both psych/mental health care and gynecological care. She is passionately devoted to caring for clients while improving their health & helping ensure their rights are protected. She does this by educating clients by practicing shared decision-making, allowing the client to be an active participant in their healthcare and determine the best treatment plan that both the client and her as the provider agree.
Misty McReynolds APRN, PMHNP-BC

Misty McReynolds is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a passion for holistic mental health care. She began her journey in healthcare at Butler Community College, earning her RN in 2010 and her BSN from Tabor College in 2015.
Macy Pennington DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
she/her
Macy provides services for psychiatric/mental health by telehealth and will provide primary care services when she joins Season in person next year. She holds two doctoral degrees in nursing, which allow her to focus on her passion for the integration of physical and mental health. In her free time, she enjoys taking walks with her dog, playing the piano, traveling to new places, or playing Nintendo. She is excited to share her values and start her career at Season Health.
Patrick Chavez, Business Manager

Patrick Chavez is a co-owner & COO of Season Health and fills the role of Office Manager. He handles the diverse day to day responsibilities of a thriving medical practice, from taking patient calls and scheduling to billing and other managerial functions.
Patrick arrives well traveled, with a deep professional experience in IT and management and a shared passion for serving the underserved. This is reflected in his extended fostering and volunteer work for Beauties & Beasts Animal Rescue. He also pursues other interests such as tabletop gaming, D&D, and 3D printing.
Olivia, Administrative Assistant
she/her
Olivia joined Season Health in 2023 and has become an indispensable part of the team. As receptionist and administrative assistant, she manages scheduling, supports billing, and coordinates the day-to-day operations that keep the practice running smoothly.
Her reliability, efficiency, and steady presence are essential to both the patient experience and the inner workings of the clinic. Season Health truly couldn’t function without her—and we’re incredibly fortunate to have her on the team.
