Medical Assistant or LPN
We are looking to fill a full-time position at 36-38 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Pay starts at $25/hr for MAs and $27/hr for LPNs, commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, and 401k match.
In this role you can expect a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, including rooming patients, phlebotomy and lab draws, medication refill management, prior authorizations, patient portal communication, and fax management. Comfort with phlebotomy is essential.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner — 1099
Psychiatric care works better when primary care is down the hall and gynecology is around the corner.
We are currently building our psychiatric care panel and have three 1099 contract positions available. We’re looking for nurse practitioners who are genuinely curious, hold complexity well, and take the therapeutic relationship seriously. Our patients bring complexity into the room and we’re looking for clinicians who are comfortable sitting with it.
This is a meaningful opportunity to build a full patient panel over time, with a natural ramp as new patients are scheduled and an eventual steady-state expectation of 30–40 sessions per week.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Fee structure is revenue-based, starting at a 60% revenue share with performance-based scaling as your panel grows. Hybrid availability is welcome, with in-person care preferred for the majority of clinical work. Practice is based in Wichita, Kansas.

Family Nurse Practitioner — 1099
Primary care should have time for people.
We’re looking for a family nurse practitioner comfortable caring for patients across the full lifespan — newborns through older adults. This role requires broad clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and genuine curiosity. You’ll have the time and autonomy to practice in a way that prioritizes relationships over volume and gives real space to think, educate, and partner with your patients.

Our patients include people who have spent years feeling dismissed, unheard, or failed by the systems meant to care for them. That context shapes everything about how we practice and it shapes what we look for in students who train with us.
