All are welcome at Season Health

It is of highest priority at Season Health that every person feel safe and accepted. We work tirelessly to create a space that feels safe and welcoming to anyone who chooses to seek mental health care with us.

The goal of integrative psychiatry is to consider you as a whole person, mind, body, & soul. Mind and body work together. Separating out different systems only inhibits access to good care.

Areas of Specialty

We provide care for many common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, & bipolar disorder. In addition, we provide care in areas that can be more difficult to find qualified providers. Please contact us for help in any of these areas.

Perinatal Mental Health

Postpartum depression can start during pregnancy. Even more common is postpartum anxiety. There are safe ways to treat mental health without having to just stop all medications. We can help you navigate your pregnancy and postpartum time to help you maintain your best mental health and protect your baby from harm.

Children & Adolescents

Children and adolescents are especially vulnerable to disruptions in mental heatlh. They are often labeled as defiant or disruptive. More often there is likely an undiagnosed condition contributing to behavior issues. We can help identify the root of your child’s behavior or mood concerns.

Adult Autism

A study published in 2022 showed that as many as 20% of adults who seek out-patient mental health care are autistic. This diagnosis is often misunderstood and many people, especially girls and women, are overlooked in childhood because they don’t show “traditional” traits. Let us help you learn who you are.
